It could be one of these:

105 Greene St

1.Maintenance fees include gas, heat, and hot water
2.Parking is extra
3.Some units have storage, some don't
4.No place for kids
5.Don't wear shoes that make noise in the unit
6.KitchenAid appliances which I don't like
7.Taylor Management who sucks

thats true murican, its legal if indented, but it doesnt seem that at least the western facing windows are by much, and nevertheless, it would suck to face another brick wall whether it be legal or not.

the other fun thing about the montgomery greene is that the southern and western facing windows are pretty much illegal since you cant make windows facing out on another lot. If another building in 5-10 years were built adjacent to the mont. greene and was an equal sized or larger building, it would cover every window on the southern and/or western side, detroying all those views and depreciating the apts values tremendously. As an architect, I know that we arent allowed to build anything like that and I wonder infact how it got approved.

Montgomery Greene, you've been livin' hell to me
You've screwed me since August 13
I've seen 'em come and go and I've seen them die
And long ago I stopped askin' why

Montgomery Greene, I hate every inch of you.
You've cut me and have scarred me through and through.
And I'll walk out a wiser weaker man;
Mr Ciesmelewski why can't you understand.

Montgomery Greene, what good do you think you do?
Do you think I'll be different when you're through?
You bent my heart and mind and you may my soul,
And your drywall turns my blood a little cold.

Montgomery Greene, may you rot and burn in hell.
May your walls fall and may I live to tell.
May all the world forget you ever stood.
And may all the world regret you did no good.

Montgomery Greene, you've been livin' hell to me.

Whatever happened to this building? I drove pass the other evening and people are still not living there.

Has it gone bankrupt because of all the luxury buildings which are in better locations and offer more amenities - in addition to the fact it's so late that buyers are walking away (with their deposits - I hope)?

Plus I read that Lisbon's and the South rear carpark are to be developed into a huge 66 unit condo.

At least three of the original pre-construction buyers are trying to sell their units. Asking for an east-facing 1250sqft 2br/2ba is $799,900. Any takers?

I am not to sure this fake brick is anything different then the crap Hovnanian and Pulte put up. Along with the Pier House. Those seem to be going for high prices as well.

At least this building is a heck of alot better than the projects on the other side of montgomery.

Time equities is one of the developers. That pretty much says it all.

I hear faux brick is mandatory in much of the new construction in JC to maintain the architectural integrity of the many neighborhoods where the pink brick influence flourishes---bricktorian style.

Considering that they can't seem to get it finished added to the crappy curtain wall panels that stand in for walls, I'd keep praying that they pass the date when you could legally back out of your contract.

Seriously, the brick is actually tiles and the walls are essentially paper thin with little insulation. I'm not sure I'd feel to great about the integrity of the stucture and I sure wouldn't want to pay the heat and a/c bills.

People love to comment on the crap new construction in this city. This building takes the cake as best as I can tell.

Other than that, I have no idea when people will begin moving in. Every milestone date that they give at the construction committee meetings is basically never kept. They're time frame seems to be "when ever we feel like it."

Does anyone know when residents will start moving in? Seems like the building has been "almost complete" for a long time now.
