Hey all,

I was looking to purchase a property and was wondering if any of you all had any knowledge about 25 Hudson St. If anyone could share anything about it, good or bad, that would be wonderful
Thanks and have a nice day!

This sailboat was posted to Craigslist on 8/22 so perhaps they just haven't been at their computer yet. It's also an estate sale so that could also limit your ability to reach the right person. Did you put a notice on the boat for them to call you?

the Marina wont let me access the boat without the owner presence, tho the dock master's assistant was kind to place a note on the boat's file regarding this.
i planned a trip to Boston this coming weekend to check on another boat, thats way im trying to get more info on this. To know my options.

hello folks,

Here is my story, i saw an ad in craiglist about a sailboat for sale, after sending the poster several emails without any response i have assumed all those emails are going straight to the recipient's junk folder as it happened to me before. with the info from craigslist i went to the marina where the boat is, they told me they couldn't release any info on the owner of the boat to me, which i understood. Instead, they offered me to call the owner and pass on my contact info. Unfortunatelly, the phone number they have on file has been disconnected, and there is nothing else they could do to help me.
The boat is a 1981 Bayfield Cutter (29') named "Paradise 2" and it is drydocked in Liberty Harbor Marina in Jersey City.
The other info i have is that the owner of the boat passed away, and his wife is now selling it.
If you know the owner there is no need to disclose any information, but if you can just tell her to check the "bulk" or "junk" folder of the email she registered in craiglist i would be forever in debt with you.
Thanks in advance.
