Given how long that church has been half done, I'd say that blue box is going to be there for years. It's horrible having to walk out onto Jersey Ave like that. Unrelated, but does any one know what the deal is with the big blue barrier on the sidewalk in front of the church at Jersey and 3rd?
Minor annoyance, but it's been there for weeks with no work happening.

Recently received a Notice of Violation from Division of Housing Code Enforcement for sidewalk repairs required and getting the run around from the various city agencies (Buildings, Housing Code, Traffic & Engineering, etc).
Has anyone recently had to deal with this ?
