I'd imagine it's quite noisy too with all of this going on 60 feet below your bedroom window. This video isn't the Hoboken facility, but one like it.

I think the heights could be the fastest appreciating area of the city and with the mayor there it figures to continue to develop. As for building a house that is a big proposition. It may be safer to hold the land.

Hi Everyone,

I am looking at some property at the dead end of Ogden. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I did a walk to the Light Rail using the metal stairs and also walked to the PATH, it was pleasant walk even though it longer than what I am used to.

Any comments would be great!
