Books can go to the Grace Van Vorst Book Sale. Kids books are not sold, they are there for the taking. Drop off Sundays from 12:30. Not sure when they close.

For toys, maybe try Hope House, next to Saint Mary's (I think name transubstatiated to something else) on Second off Erie.

Exactly what Sommerman said. Hope House is just around the corner from Grace Van Vorst, making it easy to drop off the books and the toys at the and time. If you are going today, or relatively soon, you may find that portions of surrounding streets may be closed off (mostly PSEG work) but you should be able to find a space where to park along Erie.

I have a couple of boxes of used kids books and toys. Some of the toys were barely played with. Not interested in doing stoop sale. Is there a place I could drop off?
Thanks.
