I'm dealing with an idiot warming up his car playing his music and bass loud while sitting there texting on his cell phone. I finally figured out who it was walked over and the gut pulled out not long there after.

Happening irregularly before 6:am near Coles and 6th. Someone hits the "panic" button on their remote control to find their car.
Any legal suggestions for next time this jerk wakes up everyone feet away from his/her car? Doubt the cops care. If this is you: Just wow. Please stop. Maybe write down where you park next time or use one of the many parking apps available on your phone.
