17 years old is still a teenager! Not that he's not responsible for his actions, but at 17 a person doesn't have mature judgement or healthy appreciation for consequences.
I truly hope his parents take this seriously, and send him to family somewhere out of the area.

It says the last time the victim refused to cooperate with police. Probably a gang thing.
Not sure why this guy is still here. He should get the hell out of town because he's obviously a dead man if he stays.

on July 06, 2015 at 7:31 AM Police are investigating an early morning shooting that occurred at Forrest Street and Martin Luther King Drive. Officials say a 17-year-old male was shot at 6:04 a.m. yesterday morning. Police said this is the same individual who was shot on June 14 on Union Street and refused to cooperate with police, according to city spokeswoman Jennifer Morrill. More
