Honestly, it's not too bad. Most of those are fine, leaving out 30 Acres and India Hill is stupid, and I don't give a rat's ass about coffee, so I've got no clue if Modcup is worth anything from ass to hole in the ground... That said, most of the list seems not awful (Razza, view, Colgate Clock).

I wonder who Bob Sommer is blowing at the HuffPo to get all of these silly Jersey City ten things articles published, along with the deep thoughts op-eds he writes for Fulop. You know the ones, where he wags his finger at people about GMO labeling, surveys for gun manufacturers, plastic bag recycling and anything else that might seem topical to suburban democrats.
