Okay, we get it. All cops are dirty pigs/fascists/killers. Now maybe let the people who are in charge of this thing sort it out.

I understand that your mind is doing everything it can to reject the facts because they don't fit your agenda but there is a photo of the crime scene with the red cap on the ground. Also Brown's friend's attorney confirmed his client stated that Mike Brown stole the cigars. And my post explained how the cop's actions could be perfectly legal. Next time, instead of jumping to conclusions solely because the color of a robber's skin, wait for the facts to come in before jumping on the rioting bandwagon.

This all now needs to be revisited in the context that we have a video of Michael Brown performing the strong arm robbery at the convenience store; we now have facts that support
that the police had a description of the robber, so they were looking for someone with that description, it wasn't a random stop and frisk type or harassment stop. The police officer was responding to a 911 call of that specific robbery. and Michael Brown had a reason to try to evade police. Of course, no one deserves to die over a $50 box of cigars. But the events that occurred began with a strong arm robbery by the eventual victim it appears. Do criminals often resist arrest with bad outcomes? Yes.

CNN: According to a timeline offered by Jackson, Wilson encountered Brown 10 minutes after the report of a robbery at a nearby convenience store. According to police documents, video surveillance images from the store show a man said to be Brown manhandling a store employee, towering over him and "appearing to intimidate him" before walking out with the box of cigars. Neither Jackson nor the documents elaborated on what happened when Wilson and Brown met up on the street. Police have previously said that Brown and the officer wrestled while the officer was still in his cruiser, and that Brown was trying to get the officer's weapon. Witnesses have told CNN that the two did tussle at the cruiser window, but it didn't look like Brown was trying to get at the officer. "It looked as if Michael was pushing off and the cop was trying to pull him in," Tiffany Mitchell told CNN on Wednesday night. Neither Mitchell nor co-worker Piaget Crenshaw say they saw Brown enter the vehicle. Instead, a shot went off, then the teen broke free, and the officer got out of the vehicle in pursuit, the women said. "I saw the police chase him ... down the street and shoot him down," Crenshaw said. Brown ran about 20 feet.

Or you could maybe check the facts that the lying murdering pigs are disseminating, but of course that would include some actual brain work instead of posting any link that backs up your opinion of "these people".
Look at the photos in JcmanH8's link. The suspect is clearly wearing those awful sports sandals. Now go look at the picture of Mike Brown's body as he lay dead for hours in the street, he is wearing sneakers. Where is the red baseball cap that the robber was wearing? Mike Brown was confronted 10 minutes after the robbery.

Dude, relax. Nobody said anything was justified, but it does change the narrative if this fellow (who apparently had a propensity for violence) was a crime suspect and not just strolling down the street minding his own business.

There are photos and video of this thug choking the clerk and robbing the store. And the thugs friend's lawyer confirmed the two had been in the store.
The police originally said the thug had fought with the cop and tried to get his gun. This is far more believable now that we know he had just assaulted a store clerk. And since you are a racist ignoramus who immediately prejudged the situation and called this a murder, I will educate you on the law. The law allows a cop to stop a fleeing suspect from escaping using deadly force if he believes the suspect poses an imminent danger to the public. Considering the "unarmed teen" had just assaulted a store clerk, robbed a store, assaulted a cop, and very likely grabbed for his gun, the cop might well have been justified in preventing this violent criminal from escaping. Great role model to rally behind! Great cause for riots and lootings! Your blind support for the dead robber simply because of the color of his skin exposes your racist agenda. More educated folk wanted to wait for the facts to come in, and come in they are.

Thanks for the update, Himmler. I am now completely in agreement with you. Being a suspect in a $50 cigar robbery is complete justification for shooting an unarmed teenager with his hands above his head.
You also failed to mention that the brave pig has finally been named as Darren Wilson. I'm certain that JCman8 is rabid that the militarized keystone police force were stood down and replaced with Highway Patrolmen with a (sharp wheeze as JCman8 draws air into his tired lungs through cheeto stained lips) A BLACK MAN at the helm and (a crash as JCman8 knocks over a warm Miller High Life as his fleshy forearm raises his hand to his pallid, sweaty brow) that order was restored and the protests largely peaceful. For me the real news story last night was these guys - http://wonkette.com/557267/ferguson-p ... t-to-choo-choo-choose-you

More facts are in. The "poor innocent unarmed teen who was murdered by police" was actually a strongarm robber.
Here are pictures of him choking a store clerk during a robbery which took place immediately before the incident. The police were called to respond to his robbery. THIS is who everyone is rallying behind and protesting for? Without knowing any facts? This is what widespread looting was for? Sick what this country is becoming. http://www.cbsnews.com/news/darren-wi ... michael-brown-identified/

I don't know if this shooting was justified, and neither do any of you. I do know that a peaceful assembly to protest something should be legal...and that there's nothing "understandable" about looting a liquor store. Most likely, the looters were a few hooligans taking advantage of the situation. Part of the bad news in this bad-news story is that the violence/looting may overshadow the real issues of police behavior and racial distrust. Shouldn't that be the focus?

You've 'pre-judged' this as murder? Where do you think the word prejudice comes from? If the cop did shoot the man without justification, then throw the book at him as hard as we can. But let the facts come out first before casually and callously calling it murder.

I don't have to explain myself to you. You are the one who has to explain your defense of the indefensible rioting and looting of innocent businesses.
But there's something called the Holocaust, perhaps you've heard of it? Then again, I suspect you'd find a way to defend that too if it were committed by the same people who continuously unleash misguided violence and rioting.

Nope, I called you out as a vile racist pig, and that is what you are.
You started this thread, not about a young black man being murdered, but about the reaction to that murder. You don't give a shit about those businesses, it is just an excuse for you to rant about "those people". If anybody is making excuses for indefensible behavior, it is you making excuses for your racism. Please elaborate on the persecution and suffering you have undergone as a race.

You haven't called anyone out on anything. Just spewed some self-righteous indignation that made you feel good about yourself.
Unlike you, I don't try to make excuses for indefensible behavior. While we still don't know the facts, if it's true the cop unjustly murdered the kid, I hope the cop is prosecuted. But the reverse is not true for you. You don't give a shit about any of the business owners that have had their livelihoods destroyed for no reason. On the contrary, you "can see" why it happened. Just like I'm sure you "can see" why this exact same behavior has been repeating for decades with no end in sight. And always from the same group of people, despite people of all races and nationalities having faced persecution and suffering in their history. Your blind acceptance and excuse for this intolerable behavior is a major part of the problem. And why things will never ever get better.

I'm sure Mike Brown's parents would rather have their son back and starting school, as he was due to do.
The police shot an unarmed kid, then let his body lie in the streets for hours while they militarized the neighborhood. I don't think looting is an appropriate response, but I can see why it happened. You on the other hand would rather focus on the reaction than the action because it fits your racial agenda. You are a vile, racist pig, and I'm calling you on it.

So JCman8 would rather have black people shoot cops than loot small businesses like QuikTrip and, er, Walmart.
And Yvonne and Heights would rather wibble wobble, fish sticks, cuckoo, cuckoo...

Funny how it's the same group of people who react in this manner, decade in and decade out. And if they felt one of their own was murdered, wouldn't they take the fight directly to the police? No, let's take free things from those small business owners because they are clearly responsible!
