The article says: Sanchez allegedly entered the woman's apartment on River Court Which is in Newport.

How do you know where it was...the article doesn't say. It is interesting if it was Newport considering I'm pretty sure every building there has a doorman.

Will this waste of air be subject to Megan's Law requirements, or because he was unsuccessful, he won't have to be registered?
Oh, and before people start criticizing Fulop of not doing enough to combat crime in the city, remember that 90%+ of the time, sexual assault victims and suspects are already well-acquainted with each other. Having the most effective police force in the world can't prevent them from happening most of the time. They are going to happen regardless, sad to say.

Yonkers man accused of entering woman's apartment in Jersey City, trying to rape her
By Jonathan Lin/The Jersey Journal on June 13, 2014 at 6:55 PM A Yonkers, N.Y. man has been accused of entering a woman's apartment in Jersey City and trying to rape her, according to a criminal complaint filed against him. Jhovanny Sanchez, 21, who appeared in Central Judicial Processing in Jersey City today, has been charged with burglary and aggravated sexual assault. Yesterday, Sanchez allegedly entered the woman's apartment on River Court, pushed and held her down and attempted to rape her, the complaint stated. Judge Margaret Marley determined that Sanchez's bail will be set at a later time in front of a Superior Court judge, as the Special Victims Unit of the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office will be getting involved in his case.
