What can we put in that space that will survive? This is getting ridiculous. Zero for 3 on the market/food concept. Maybe a high end daycare or indoor playspace? (either one for humans OR canines - either would work in the 'hood).

Just want to throw in that the owner is a Michelin-rated chef; the quality of prepared food jumped up several notches already.
The prices have also come down significantly. Finally, we have a small-business owner who understands what it takes to succeed in this location. Come take a look for yourselves!

They're gonna be a pickup location for an upstate CSA this summer. cool.
As long as the place isn't crawling with toddlers during the day, I might actually stop in.
