I heard a rumor a while back that roof decks on older structures would no longer be approved. Anyone confirm that?

I wonder if the same idiots that were advocating for sealed windows in Newport high-rises (because, according to some of them, people jumping to their deaths is an epidemic over there) will now clamor for safety fences on all rooftops. Because, you know, we can't have people jumping to their own deaths, and we must do something about this and prevent all suicides.

Jersey City police are investigating a body that was found on Prospect Street in the Jersey City Heights this afternoon. The body, which appeared to that of a man, was found on the sidewalk. It appeared that the man had suffered head trauma, witnesses at the scene said. The body could be seen covered with a white sheet as police closed off the area and started their investigation.
