I can never go to JJ on-line, without it crashing my browser, so I didn't get to read the article. I would hazard that for the purpose of understanding (as much as we ever will) these crimes, and perhaps once again taking stock as a society of what to do about preventing these crimes from happening, the 3 to 4 block difference is irrelevant. Yes, it may bother residents of Greenville, to be connected yet again with more crime, but I think a few blocks away means its the same underlying social pathologies at work.
A tragedy - so many people affected by these killings.

Actually some are in Bergen Lafayette. I'm waiting for user to respond and say, "umm no, those shootings are in DTJC"

There is a map showing where the shootings occurred.
#3 and # 4 are not in Greenville. Greenville ends probably in the backyards between Claremont and Myrtle Aves. Official map says Myrtle. It is still horrible news.
