Only in Essex and Hudson counties did Buono win-shocking! I guess the taxpayers in those counties want to make sure they continue to not pay their fair share in taxes. (NJ taxpayers pick up 86% of the school cost in East Orange, budget 250 million, 83% of the school cost in Irvington, budget 170 million, 81% of the school cost in Newark, budget 962 million, and 76% of the school cost in JC, budget 643 million).
