I read the article and came away with the impression the liberty harbor never happened because Peter Mocco want to sit on land and become a billionaire, which was really funny because I have been living the here the past five years.

I do wish her the best of luck. Anything that's cultivating discourse about JC is good IMO. How about an article about the off-leash dogs? (kidding. only kidding.)

But hey, if there was an intention to start a serious local newspaper here, I wish them publishers the best of luck it just seems that starting a newspaper is about the worst type of business to start right now, like pouring money down the drain.
