Voltaire is sometimes quoted as having said to an Abbot le Roche, - "I detest what you write, but I would give my life to make it possible for you to continue to write." So, correct me if I am wrong, but your idea is, - you detest what that person is teaching and you welcome the law that prohibits teaching that.

Is this bigot actually getting shut down or is he just complaining about a law that prevents him from brainwashing kids to hate?

Arthur Goldberg. This pillar of society was convicted of selling fraudulent securities in the 80's, mostly to impoverished minorities. From Wikipedia:
"Facing the prospect of spending the rest of his life in prison, in July 1989 Goldberg pleaded guilty in a Los Angeles federal court to three counts of mail fraud. Later that month, he pleaded guilty in an East St. Louis federal court to one count of conspiracy to defraud. In October 1989, Goldberg was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison and five years' probation. He was also fined $400,000 (later reduced to $100,000 on appeal). In a separate action, the Securities and Exchange Commission banned Goldberg from the securities industry for life..." He was also disbarred. Yet he is STILL the source of wisdom guiding homosexual sinners to the true path of spiritual enlightenment.

I'm embarrassed that my religion is in the name of this individual's organization. Glad it's being shut down.
Head of Jersey City 'conversion therapy' group denounces new ban By Terrence T. McDonald/The Jersey Journal The man who runs a Jersey City facility that offers ?gay to straight? therapy is denouncing legislation, signed into law today, that prohibits therapists from using so-called conversation therapy to ?cure? homosexuality in minors. Arthur Goldberg, co-director of Jersey City-based Jews Offering New Alternatives for Healing, said passage of the bill earlier this summer was based upon ?false testimony.? Goldberg said social conservative group Liberty Counsel will challenge the law, as it did for California?s similar ban. Read JJ for the rest.
