Staples provides many ways to accomplish this. The cheapest way, surprisingly, is to have your document on Dropbox. You can then connect to your account from a littler terminal attached to the self help printers and you can print a color copy for very cheap. I have done this before at other locations and was very satisfied with the entire process. Using your own computer, or USB stick, was actually MORE expensive than uploading the doc to Dropbox.

Here is a link to a description of the service: Staples Copy and Print Services

There is a Staples over in Newport, next to Modell's.

The JC public library on Jersey Ave has computers with B&W printers. You need to have a library card and it's 10 cents per page (single side only).

Does anyone know of a business downtown where I could print out a simple PDF file attached to an email? My printer is not available to me and need to simply access my email account and print out a document cheaply by today.

I'm assuming the public library doesn't have a printer. Anyone have any ideas?

What about shipping ? The person also said another store offered at .50 cents. And, at least you can see one produced copy, and continue, or not. Once you receive it from who ever you did it on line with, like it or not, you have to pay for it. I'm just saying that the shopping around for a 50 or 100 prints ain't worth the effort. Tell my 500, 1000,2000 that's different.

Smartpress.com is 38.00 per 100, plus shipping and two days turnaround. Where is the advantage to that ? Color printing is on average about .49 per hundred. 100 copies is really not a print job. And the paper makes a difference also. I know that Staples will charge you for the lesser paper every time. And, color should not be on a 20 lb paper.

The OP had a quote from Staples of .60 per copy how is this better that .38 a copy?

Staples charges about 60 cents, and Postnet near Grove St Path charges about 50 cents per full page color print.

I use Smartpress.com the printing high quality and the prices are very reasonable. Turn around time is usually 2 days.

Printing is expensive, especially in color.

Maybe try the FedEx store by exchange place? If your whole job isn't in color they will only charge the color rate for color pages.

Avoid the FedEx store in Hoboken; they hire incompetents. A worker there accidentally deleted the file with my print job off of my USB stick once.
