You could have voted for Paul Lichstein. He was a democrat opposing Netchert and listed (both on the sample and actual ballots) in column B. I did.

I voted. But at 12:40 this afternoon, only 20 people had voted in my district.

SHAME. SHAME. SHAME. Other countries fight for the right to vote... and here in America....

WHO CARES.

Well.... there you go folks. You get what you DON'T VOTE FOR.

Win what? This is only a primary. And if you want Obama to win, you really have no grasp on what is going on.

All I know is that because I am a registered democrat, I could not vote for the candidate of my choice.

The only choice I had was Obama. Until I saw all the way over far away (as not to be seen), a column named PERSONAL CHOICE.

I selected that and then proceeded to enter in my favorite candidate. Mr. Newt Gingrich.

After 3 1/2 years of hoping the economy would turn around, even doing my part and starting a business - trying to make something from nothing (with NO support)... I could not honestly vote for Mr. Obama.

If you are a Democrat.... you do not have to vote for OBAMA. You can even vote for yourself.

(Probably would do a better job too.).

But YOU HAVE TO VOTE. It's your CIVIC DUTY.

Yup, once again. But at least this time they got the voting location right, FWIW. Think you get any help from your councilperson? Nah, just a kinda "piss off" e-mail reply if you're in Ward F. And I quote (from less than an hour ago): From: Michele Massey <MMassey@jcnj.org> Date: June 1, 2012 3:42:08 PM EDT To: (Removed for privacy) Subject: RE: WARD F from Ward E voting issues again raising their head Good Day, The Board of Elections were contacted and YES, once again a mistake was made. It has been requested that outreach and notification to all those affected take place ASAP. Thank You, Michele Massey

Yes another big joke on the citizens of JC and HC.

The sad thing is that the head boob err?I mean County Clerk Barbara Netchert will get elected again.

Vote Row A all the way! Right?

You would think that all of you Dem newcomers would at least stick it to her and vote for the other guy.

I read somewhere that Netchert?s hubby is a retired HC employee who is somehow again employed as the General Counsel for the HCIA. Also his law firm received a $180K a year contract to do work for the HCIA. Conflict of interest? No just HC business as usual.

Hey did County Clerk Netchert ever comment about the last BOE ballot screw up? I don?t think she did but I will give her credit she did make statements about her previous 2 screw ups.

I hate to say hear we go again, but here we go again.

Ugh- nothing is "easy" in this town (unless you are one of the corruptocrats?). Some of the ballots mailed out this week show folks that were formally in ward E, now F, as still being ward E. NOT the case!!!!! It ain't rocket science Clerk's Office!

Please check to see what your situation is- especially if you were affected by moving ward boundaries.
