my god what a terrible website

are they all rentals, or purchasable? what price ranges? what kind of sq footage? how about pictures of the roof-deck units? how about any useful information at all instead of cheesey flash fade-in/fade-out animations and pointless music.

the first floor will be retail and it is available for anyone. it should be complete by July.
I am not a broker but I know some people that are working on it. if you want more info PM me and I will give you the contact names.
There were leaks due to the fact that the structure was old but those have been corrected and other things are under way. From what they have told me since it is a historic district everything done there has to go through some mayor paperwork and approvals by historians.....
I was looking to live there also....

hope this info helps...

I knew some people that lived here last year (since moved) and they said they were one of the only ones paying full rent. I believe there were some problems with water leakage in some apts.

I don't think you have to be an artist to rent here, but I'm not 100% sure. I'm under the impression that they would like their building to be full of working artists, but I think it's open to anyone. Definitely worth looking into. I read online a few reviews of the place. Generally people seem to like it with a few exceptions complaining about the management of the building. 14' ceilings sound awesome!

Does anyone know what's going on with this space? Every time I'm getting a cup of coffee at the cafe there's ongoing construction across the street. Any info would be appreciated.

They're creating retail spaces all around the first floor of the building goal being to attract high end retail shops.
