Pretty sure it is the parents.

My tires were slashed on York street about 4 months ago.

Will the whole block band together and demand the presence of enforcement ? This is a serious matter of mischief.

Do the Jersey City Police patrol late night dowtown ...at all?
I mean this crime, broken windows, slashed tries , muggings at the light rail, and other places is bullshit.

Are there street cameras etc? What the hell is going on?

There has been an epidemic of tire slashings on this block over the past month or so. I got a flat several weeks ago, and while it was apparently not due to being slashed, several people stopped me to tell me their tires has been slashed recently.

A large group of underage kids have been hanging out around there as of late, sometimes drinking and often hooting!
