So got home at 1AM. Saw two kids (hoodies, jeans) smoking cigarettes on a stoop two house up - she didn't have to pass them and really didn't think much of them.
Went through the the first door and as she was getting her keys for the second door heard something behinds her. As she turned they were there and immediately clocked her in the face and grabbed her purse and ran. She chased them for two blocks till they went into the alley behind 6th street. She had her pocketbook in her hand so they didn't get that. Got her blackberry and camera. Late teens. One who clocked her was white - didn't see the other one. I'm sure one can say a few coulda-woulda-shoulda's but that's what happened.

Between Brunswick and Monmouth. My neighbor's girlfriend in our entranceway. That's really all the details I know but will post more Monday. Just a reminder to be cautious.
