That whole terrace is full of sh*t there on Mallory & Lexington & Clendenny.
I saw animal control there a few weeks ago maybe like 6 or 7 pm, he was there with the yelow lights going for a few hours. Hopefully he was trying to write tickets to some of the dog owners who dont clean up, they need to write tickets on who dont have the papers & walk them unleashed also. Is there a number I can call animal control at & speak to someone about the dog $hit all over there?

Right on Vigilante!!! Ps. It isn't "bait" its a cruel means of murder! It doesn't damage the nervous system. It kills them in a very slow painful manner, with seizures, organ failure, imense amounts of pain. I've had to see it way too many times while volunteering at humane society! I've only seen 2 cases where it was caught in time, it took 3 days of an iv drip of everclear. cost the owners thousands and the animals continued to have health problems through thei shortened lives.

It depends on what breed of animal you want extinct. If you have troube choosing try a mirror it usually reflects the best choice.

That stuff doesn't work anymore and if I see someone in my neighborhood trying to do harm to dogs with whatever I will cave their faces in. That is a promise that I most certainly will keep.

Thanks for the tip. Is there a particular brand I should look for?

Duh. Everyone knows that once a dog pees on something it belongs to the dog.

I heard of stories where the placement of auto anti-freeze acts as a lure with its sweet tasting contents. But once the dog takes in the poison it can damage the dog's nervous system. This bait has been used for other animals as well.

I can't really blame this woman. The smell of dog piss from the trees in front of my house makes me gag and prevents me from sitting on my stoop.

I walk a dog near there often. That is terrible. Call JCAC or the JCPD and try to get it on film in case they take long to respond.

Call Animal Control as what she is doing can be considered cruelty to animals. They can write her a summons and/or have the cops arrest her.

It recently came to my attention that our crazy neighbor who hates dogs is spreading cayenne pepper and red pepper powder on the tree trunks in front of the second building back from JP's! It's supposed to make dogs not want to pee there. Her 55 year old mentally different son told me. It has gotten in the leaves blowing down the street as it has been so dry lately. In addition to irritation to the skin on my feet from standing on my stoop with other neighbors the other night; this morning my dog scared the hell out of me!!! I guess he sniffed some leaves with it on them, we almost made it across the street before he was sneezing, twitching, coughing, he couldn't catch his breath and fell to the ground struggling to breath. Which, THANK YOU to the good samaritan who saw trying to open his airway that brought me milk and water so I could flush his eye's nose and mouth!!!! THANK YOU! He's fine now... just a little puffy! (BTW he's a bulldog so I think it was so bad because he already breathes hard) It?s bad enough that I?ve asked this nut very nicely to please put her bread crumbs for the birds and rats in the alley instead of the sidewalk because my dog is extremely allergic to wheat, to no avail.
My biggest fear in all this is for the small breeds in the area to have worse trouble because they're tiny and closer to the ground. And for all the children in the area... Kids are tree trunk height so God forbid the wind blows pepper in a baby's face, or a child trips and falls there, or worst of all a child touches the tree then rubs they're eyes, nose of mouth. Also... If anyone can tell me what to do about the situation please do. Can I report her to someone? After all they're not her trees... not her property.
