I used Statewide for a small kitchen in studio apartment and took advantage of their free granite remnant deal (free material, but you pay for the labor of course). My job was 3 approximately 2' wide pieces with eased edges and a 4" backsplash running over a farmhouse sink and around a corner. It was $665, which works out to $45 a square foot. Regular pricing would have been over $100/ft, as I was able to get a remnant of one of the more expensive granites. The workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.

We have used Kennedy Tile on Tonnelle Avenue many times. They have a big granite yard on site and low prices.

We have always installed ourselves though so can't speak to that.

Unfortunately for such a small counter you're going to get hosed. When I was trying to get a 12 sq ft marble vanity I found the vendors built in a large "job cost", so the price wasn't proportional to larger jobs. Most prices were around $750. After a disastrous experience with Herod's (also known as master granite) I ended up doing the top myself out of marble tiles. I've also done several granite tile kitchen tops. Fun work if you're handy.

I had a great experience with Statewide Granit and would definitly use them again in the future. I was adding additional counterspace in my kitchen and wanted to match my existing granite, which can be difficult to do. Statewide let me search through all their pieces and would chip off a piece so I could take it home and see how close it was. I came back multiple times and they kept chipping off pieces of different granite slabs until I found the perfect piece.

Their service and installation were fanstasic as well. No complaints. I worked with Lydia and thought she was great!

We used statewide for a countertop in our bathroom and then a few years later in our kitchen. Found their prices fair and their design advice excellent. Talk to Linda.

Does anybody have any experience with Statewide Granite on Kennedy Blvd. in the Heights? We are doing a small kitchen remodel with a new granite countertop of only 13 square feet. Has anyone used them to do installation work? Are there other granite suppliers/fabricators/installers in the area we should consider?
