Doesn't matter the age or size it matters what they are willing to do and they were willing to be violent. Pluse they weren't going one on one--cowards. This is a question of what the f are the parents doing and hopefully this will be a wake up call for them.

Girls, 13 and 15, are charged with robbing woman near New Jersey City University
By Ron Zeitlinger/The Jersey Journal February 22, 2010, 12:08PM Jersey City Police arrested two teenage girls -- one 13 years old and the other 15 -- they saw robbing a 23-year-old woman Thursday afternoon, cops said. Officers were on patrol on Kennedy Boulevard at 5:53 p.m. when they saw a woman run east on Stegman Parkway near Kennedy Boulevard. Two teenage girls chased after her and caught her in the street. The two teens held the woman against a vehicle and struck her in the face repeatedly, police said. When the two attackers saw the police, they fled east on Stegman Parkway, police said. The 15-year-old and 13-year-old, both of Jersey City, were caught on Stegman after a short chase, police said. The victim told police she was walking to New Jersey City University when the two teens approached her and demanded money. They held her against a wall, but she broke loose and ran into the intersection, where police intervened, she told police. The two teens were charged with one count of robbery and brought to the Hudson County youth house in Secaucus, police said.
