Maybe he had a hard time getting a motorcycle license in his real name -- since he is a dog.

No one has the officers name?
How does someone post a story without the officers name who was also involved.

How does one go from being named Bijan G. Williams to Lionel B. Drayton? Bijan sounds like a dog breed.

Charge: Jumps off, lets motorcycle hit officer
Wednesday, August 12, 2009 By CHARLES HACK JOURNAL STAFF WRITER A Weehawken man riding a motorcycle rammed his bike into a Jersey City police officer after he was stopped for speeding Monday afternoon, according to Jersey City police reports. Bijan G. Williams, 26, also known as Lionel B. Drayton, of West 19th Street, Weehawken, was charged with aggravated assault of police officer, obstruction of law and government function, and resisting arrest, reports said. After spotting Williams speeding and swerving along Orient Avenue and then overtake a car at a stop sign at 5:37 p.m., cops stopped him at a traffic light at Bramhall Avenue and Ocean Avenue, reports said. But as an officer approached Williams, he revved the engine of the motorcycle, jumped off, and the bike plowed into the cop's leg, reports said. Cops had to chase Williams, who fought them off, to make the arrest, reports said. As they were arresting Williams, he complained of a panic attack and was taken to the Jersey City Medical Center. The officer who was struck by the motorcycle had a bruised and swollen leg and a cut on a finger, but refused medical attention, reports said. Williams also received summonses for traffic violations, including careless driving, driving on a suspended license and riding an uninsured motor vehicle.
