Its not a lot but is street parking. I called the parking authority and she claims that its okay to park there when school is not in session.

My bf has started parking there so hopefully no tickets.

The lot - maybe my assumption is wrong.... but I dont believe the above question was about street parking.

Street parking is always enforced.

My best friend was towed from that lot last summer when he came for a visit. It was around this time last year.

Lot? It's a street. Perhaps they were towed for not having a permit?

I've parked there occsionally for many years when school is not in session with no problem. The school building is City-owned.
If you are concerned, give the JC Parking authority a call and ask - 201-653-6969 (I usually speak to Terri Perri at Ext. 110).

There is a school on 9th Street in Hamilton Park that has signs posted saying you are not allowed to park there during school hours unless you work for the school. Is this parking open to the public during the summer hours? If I park there will I get towed?

It's just so tempting to get free parking. Let me know.

Thanks.
