Now that is some good reporting. That Charles Hack keeps living up to his name.

These people should be behind bars for 10-15 years. Why not get them off the street. I was in NYC the other day and I heard people talking as if serving time is no big deal.

Man robbed by acquaintance

A 55-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint yesterday morning by a man he knows, according to Jersey City police reports.

The victim told police he left his Virginia Avenue house at around 6:52 a.m. and was walking toward Kennedy Boulevard when a man pointed a black revolver at him and said, "Give me the money," reports said.

The victim said he handed the man $15. But as the robber backed away, the victim recognized the man and said, "Why are you doing this, you know me," reports said.

The robber left the scene in a car. It is not clear from reports how the men know each other.
