this is some subsidized apt building. no offices.
seems to be a rise in activity over there.
the owners need to ramp it up--they are extrmely bad neighbors.
On a high note--hurray for the JC cops.
They come quickly when called.

Car damaged by shots fired in dispute

Shots were fired outside an office building Friday night on the 300 block of York Street, damaging a car.

A group of men in their late 20s and early 30s began arguing outside the building just before 8:30, according to a police report. All but one of the men left, but then one came back and started yelling at the remaining man, police said.

The man who never left went inside the building next door, returned with a handgun and fired three shots at the other man, cops said.

The shots missed their target, but one smashed two windows in a nearby 2003 Mitsubishi sedan, according to the report.

The gunman ran back into the building and the other man fled, cops said.
