A few years back we invited some artists to show their work in the park the weekend of the Artist Studio tour. We called it Art in the Park. Since we weren't sure whether work on the park was going to be starting before the tour we didn't organize it this year.
But we will have be having our annual Halloween parade and party in the park this year on Sunday, October 26th at 3:00 pm.

We will be doing the Halloween parade for dogs and children, not sure of the date.
Is that what you mean by the fall fest? Robin.
