Agreed. I notice it more on bad weather days, I guess they have to go in lower to get their shot. Some mornings I wake up and here the 'copters and I think "Must be raining or foggy." Early this morning there was some fog, so that might explain it.

It's the news helicopters and has been an ongoing problem for many years near the Holland and Lincoln Tunnels. We have a thread here someone on this.......

It was the city's 'quality of life' crime fighting helicopter - There was a report that an owner didn't clean dog crap off the sidewalk and they came to investigate.
