with his previous record this ass better go away for more than a couple months. i just wonder about what kind of time these dealers usually get. we see these busts in the paper, but i never see what the sentance usually ends up being.
just seems to me they always have rap sheets from offenses not too long before.

JUST WON'T STOP
In wheelchair, but still dealing drugs: cops Tuesday, May 15, 2007 By MICHAELANGELO CONTE JOURNAL STAFF WRITER A Jersey City drug dealer who's been in a wheelchair since he was shot five years ago hasn't let his handicap hamper his lifestyle, officials say. William "Ghost" Albright Jr. was arrested May 2 after an investigation led cops to his Halladay Street home, where they found 108 vials of suspected cocaine, a 9 mm handgun and $1,084 in suspected drug proceeds, Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio said yesterday. On the same day, narco cops also arrested Albright's brother, Daron Albright, 22, of the same address, DeFazio said. "Mr. (William) Albright (Jr.) certainly is a persistent offender, based on his record of prior drug convictions and current allegations," said DeFazio, who did not release additional information on the arrests, saying the investigation is ongoing. "He's a known actor in other areas of the city as well." William Albright Jr., 29, was shot while standing outside a bar at Ocean Avenue and Stegman Street on Dec. 8, 2002, officials said. One of the numerous .380 caliber bullets fired at him lodged in his spine, leaving him unable to walk, reports said. At the time of his arrest, DeFazio said, William Albright Jr. was on probation for a drug conviction stemming from an incident in 2004, DeFazio said. An additional conspiracy to distribute drugs charge was filed against him in connection with a 2006 case, and a warrant had been issued for his arrest after he failed to appear in court on that charge, the prosecutor said. He was in prison from Aug. 15, 1997, to Sept. 7, 1999, on three convictions for dealing drugs near a school, corrections officials said. Now, authorities say, the Albright brothers face drug as well as weapons charges. As part of the same investigation, police returned to the Halladay Street building on Thursday and arrested a third man on drug charges, Hudson County First Assistant Prosecutor Guy Gregory said last night.
