A couple years back on my block, some dude freaked out, jumped out a 3rd floor window (bushes kept him from getting hurt) and then proceeded to hide under a car. Paramedics found him sound asleep with his legs sticking out.

Yes.. he was high (on what, I have no idea).

I heard a rumor a while back that roof decks on older structures would no longer be approved. Anyone confirm that?

Jersey City police are investigating a body that was found on Prospect Street in the Jersey City Heights this afternoon.

The body, which appeared to that of a man, was found on the sidewalk. It appeared that the man had suffered head trauma, witnesses at the scene said.

The body could be seen covered with a white sheet as police closed off the area and started their investigation.
