I really like this place - good spicy food and a decent decor, excellent prices. Shame to see someone would try to pass this off in their first post ever.

I don't spend as much time as I should in Jersey City's India Square (a.k.a. Little India).
So thanks for reminding me that I need to check out China Spice -- it's been on my dining to-do list for awhile. Just out of curiosity, are there additional restaurants in the neighborhood that you'd recommend specializing in Indian Chinese Cuisine? It's an interesting fusion food trend and it surely makes sense, given the popularity of Chinese cuisine in India and the countries' proximity to one another. And it seems like the popularity of Indian Chinese food continues to spread around the U.S. I noticed 2 restaurants specializing in this cuisine opened near my dad's place when I was visiting him in Northern Virginia recently -- Masala Country and Masala Wok -- which was neat to see.

LOL @ Lotus car pic and Spice girls ;)
I discovered this restaurant via the online delivery site seamlessweb.com (for some reason it's not yet on delivery.com). Agree that the food is different and delicious - I had the chilli noodles (hot :) and manchurian chicken.

Cheers!

I tried them out last week
What a great restaurant - there were 8 of us and we all shared - there was not one bad dish. And it's BYOB! I was actually pleasantly surprised for decor - most places on the strip are pretty bare.

tried a great new restaurant tonight in Little India called China Spice, it's Thai-Chinese fusion, very hip decor, great service and awesome food - prices are very reasonable - this place makes a great addition to the restaurants in the Journal Square area
had the crispy lotus for appetizer which was delish - it's fried lotus stem dipped in a sweet chili sauce - for dinner we had thai vegetables in green sauce and a crispy eggplant in a mild chili sauce
