I believe Amighini Salvage up in the Heights, is very experienced with historic door restoration. I have not used them personally, but I have been to their shop and it looks like they know what they are doing.

I live in a historic building with a large wooden door. It gets pretty beaten down by the sun. Since the door is original to the building, from the early 1900's, its imperative that I contract someone who has a real knowledge of wood maintenance and preservation. Any recommendations of reputable local business/contractors would be much appreciated!
