Danilo TV Repair on Newark Ave - I think is who the poster above mentioned. He knows his stuff - had several items repaired there, last one was a guitar amp.

Nice TV repair place on Newark @ Monmouth. nice man, was there yesterday for a fuse. He also has used flatscreens for sale.

Sorry - but I really doubt it is worth fixing even if it is brand new.
You can look on ebay for the price of the flat screen to replace it but then you better be good with opening electronic things like this. There is a little old shop on Newark (just west of Monmouth) but you are wasting your time IMHO.... Sorry! Just a thought...you might want to check with your credit card company if you just bought it -- sometimes they cover even accidental damage.
