Ok, this sounds exactly like this guy who we used to call the NA flasher when I was in high school cause he first was reported in North Arlington. He was a total freak who would stalk high school girls and younger girls around Hudson County. I think he actually got caught and did time for a while. He was originally from Union City and was Hispanic.

It would sound about right that he's out now. I swear the more I read these threads re: crime in the area, the more I am convinced to get some mace or pepper spray and just mace somebody right in the eyes if they try something like that.

The problem is these types of things sometimes escalate into more serious crimes. I know that the flasher dude actually tried to kidnap a girl once.

HOBOKEN - Police are looking for a man who they say walked up to young women on the street and masturbated in front of them on at least two occasions.

On May 4 at about 2:30 a.m., the man, described as white, possibly Hispanic, of medium build, at least 5-foot-6, with dark hair possibly in a crewcut, in a black hooded sweatshirt, approached two women in their 20s in the area of Eighth Street and Willow Avenue, masturbated and then fled, said Police Lt. Charles Campbell.

Then, on May 7 at about 12:30 a.m. a man fitting the same description but wearing dark pants, possibly jeans, and a light shirt and already masturbating came up behind a 28-year-old woman walking in the area of 11th and Clinton streets, and then ran away when she screamed, Campbell said.

The man never tried to touch the women or talk to them and no words were exchanged, Campbell said.
