Nelson Lizardi-Moreno, 24, has been charged with attempted homicide, stalking and weapons offenses, according to city spokeswoman Jennifer Morrill. Morrill said police nabbed him along with agents from the U.S. Marshals Service. More

Is it standard procedure to withhold the suspect's name because the dispute is "domestic in nature?" This fool goes to a public shopping area with an ax and injures two people whom he DOES NOT have a dispute with and now he is on the loose?
I'd kinda like to know who this guy is?
