There are too many cars because JC over the years have turned parking lots into development or allowed developers to develop without a 1 to 1 ratio, meaning every new apartment should have a parking space which was the ordinance in the past. Therefore, there are too many cars on the street. Under the Schundler administration, the idea was 1.5 parking spaces for each apt. This allowed for visitors.

Double parking is an epidemic in this city. So is jaywalking. I don't know why the driver would not call the police as soon as they tried to open his car door once he drove off.
The police in this city support a climate of lawlessness.

Montgomery Ave should have a trolley that runs from Lincoln Park down to Exchange Place and there should be no parking on Montgomery Ave with bike lanes running east and west. There are just to , to many vehicyles trying to get around JC and the belief that double parking is a god given right in JC.
