Another bad guy that didn't hear about Mayor Healys successful gun buy pack program. Extra shell casing was probably left over from last shooting.

There were 5 shell casings found but reports of 4 or 5 shots fired??? Hmmmm.....I'm not a detective but.....

5 shell casings outside home
Jersey Journal Thursday, March 12, 2009 Responding to a report of shots fired at Ocean and Van Nostrand avenues just before 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jersey City police found five shell casings in front of a home near Ocean Avenue. A 31-year-old man told cops he ran into his home from his front porch when he heard four or five shots fired, police said. Advertisement CHARLES HACK
