At some point she felt something brush against her and turned to see the tattoo artist had exposed himself, reports said. She said she began yelling at him and asking him what he was doing and he replied that he thought she liked him, reports said. The victim dressed and went to the nearby home of a friend, where she contacted police and police contacted the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office's Special Victims Unit, reports said.
