You didn't get ripped off by Grove Pointe, you got ripped off by whoever was handing out brains the day you were born. And obviously your parents, since they raised a dummy.

Because if you were REALLY that smart, you'd find a way to NOT be low income anymore.

We wouldn't rent a place without a W/D in unit. It's well worth the rent increase.

As the heading says, I am looking to rent a parking spot. I'm in the Heights, near Supremo. If anyone has a spot, or has a contact, please shoot me a message.

Thanks.

I ask this not to be sarcastic, but because I actually don't know the answer: What prevents you from not renewing the lease? Isn't there a way that you can choose not to have them stay?

That's the point. They send out sound waves that can be felt when they can't be heard. It's to alert those who are deaf, or constantly walk through life with headphones in.

I agree with this completely. No one is saying the festivals should go away, just go somewhere ELSE. The LSP or some other less populated areas would be great.

Can't you just evict them based on them ruining the other tenant's quality of life? Are there any clauses in the lease that they are breaking that can allow you to deny a lease renewal?

Nothing is free these days I guess.

I'm failing to see what you were attempting to add to the conversation, as your post was neither about free air, or Jersey City.

Yeah, I was about to jump on this one, too. Just reeks of douchiness. "I like to crank the music up." Well, I'm sure your neighbors just LOVE you, especially the ones who may not keep "banker's hours".

They are most likely using the readings to set a baseline, so they can monitor for the Super Bowl.

Thanks all. I forgot to mention that I wass indeed looking for maa-transit routes, as I wouldn't have anyone to drop me off, and not looking to pay for the cab.

I appreciate all the help. I'll most likely just walk down to Hoboken Terminal and take NJ Transit train.

Thanks again!

Honestly, I think anyone would call it a landslide -- especially at this point in time in America.

Factor in that NJ is a majority blue state, and 60% Republican is a pretty substantial margin.

Thrilled that this is finally open, not at all thrilled about the cost. I can understand that to make it safe and secure would cost some dough, I'm thinking that maybe $1M is a bit steep, no pun intended.

Although I don't have a clue as to exactly what it takes and who is involved in a project like this, so that's just my opinion.

The advantage of restoring the stairway in the location of the original 100 steps is that you can get to the 2nd Street Light Rail Station (not easily, as the cross-walks are across the tracks).

I understand the reason for the location. My post was in response to the poster who wanted stairs to walk down from Riverview Park.

That being said, it doesn't look like the road construction will be done anytime soon.
