You can export the Excel data to a comma delimited (.csv) file that can be imported by Outlook fairly easily.

Check this link, it has exactly what you're looking for and obviously it's free.

Good luck, not that you'll need it. It's like 3 steps. Just make sure you have a backup of the Excel file, -just in case-.

Does anybody know of a local company or a person who can help me with technical issues with my PC at home? Geek Squad is really expensive and I wonder what other options there are, if any. I need help with transferring email contacts from an Excel file to Outlook and just feeling defeated. It?s probably a 5 minute job for a pro. Thanks.
