It's so nasty. They're dogs are pissing and shitting all over the human grass. Surprised the kids don't get worms.

I often wonder how much money the City of Jersey City can make if they did a sweep twice a week ticketing the folks who walk their dogs onto the Dog Free Lawns of Hamilton Park and double down on the folks who run their dogs off leash. I find it fascinating to watch ostensibly educated people walk right past the Dog Free Lawn signs with their dogs. It's like they're not the slightest bit thoughtful.
