That's a good idea, thanks. It must have been building 61 because it was next door to a hotel that according to google was building 65.
It was fairly rough back then & pretty run down as well. The building itself looked like it should have been condemned & one of the reasons I moved is because there was a bedbug infestation.

Hi everybody. I'm hoping someone can help me with something that has been gnawing at me for a few years. In the mid 2000s I lived at either 60 or 61 Tonnele ave. & a naked woman was found dead in my neighbor's apartment. It turned out that my neighbor was away & the dead woman was was one of the building supers (it was a boyfriend/girlfriend team). She had been dead for several days but her boyfriend, Benny (I don't remember her name) didn't report her missing.
Police came & I was questioned by two detectives but they wouldn't tell me how she died or even if they suspected a crime. I moved a few months later without finding out how she died or if there was foul play. I never saw the police again though & Benny was still working there so presumably they didn't have anything on him. This probably would have been around 2003-2007. Sorry for the minimal information but if anyone can shed some light on what happened I'd appreciate it. Thank you. Howard
