Have gone to them for years. Recommended 3 friends to them and they are all pleased. Do a search on this website to find other reviews of their work.

I do not recommend Summit Auto, they could not even change oil correctly.... they broke something that caused the oil to leak everywhere just before I was leaving for a work trip - 200 miles away... After tow truck, uber and rental car, it ended up being almost $400 and they wanted me to pay for what they broke and tow truck!

I gave them another shot, to replace the windshield wiper motor some time later, and again I had to return my car the same day-- to get them to get it right, since at resting position the wipers were 3/4 way down and blocking my view. What a waste of time.

Go to Joe's Auto Electric, he used to be in downtown JC, now in Bayonne he's an honest, ethical and stand up guy.

I had an airbag light issue on my Audi A4 and took it to two competitors, that both wanted me to replace an airbag sensor for $1,000. Alberto (the son in the operation), said it didn't make any sense and said to leave the car with him. The next day the light was off (he dismantled the entire seat and put it back together and it turns out a connection was loose) and he wouldn't accept any payment. Tough to find people like that these days.

Looking for a reliable and qualified mechanic who knows Rovers really well.. Fed up of going to stealership
