Bail was set at $250,000 cash or bond for each of three men arrested by Port Authority police near the Holland Tunnel Saturday and charged with numerous drug offenses related to large amounts of suspected ecstasy, heroin, Xanax, The bails were set when Reuben Ogando, 21, Waldstein Francilus, 21, and Matthew Clark, 24, all of New York, appeared in Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey City today via video link from Hudson County jail in Kearny. Port Authority police officers who stopped their vehicle at a DWI checkpoint on Saturday morning said they found 4,040 bags of suspected heroin, more than four ounces of suspected marijuana, five ounces of suspected ecstasy, four Xanax pills, drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic syringe, a police report says.
