The ground floor of 18 Park will be a 2nd outpost of Beechwood Cafe.
Which strengthens my theory that it's the business plan of every moderately successful eatery in Jersey City, to open up multiple locations, all downtown, with the same moniker. Beechwood White Star Taqueria Park & Sixth Porta/Porto (haha I know, but that similarity is weird and confusing)
