It was a bomb threat, but nothing was found and the roads have been reopened, per Hoboken's Twitter account.

I was trying to drive thru Hoboken to get to JC via observer highway; it was lock down by the cops. When we asked what te deal was, we were just told that it was closed (Observer Highway that is) and that we needed to drive thru North Bergen to get to Journal Square.
Does anyone know what happened? There were hazmat vehicles all over. Was this a scheduled closure?
