Let's hope this place succeeds as statistics will show that it has a greater than 80% fail rate in the first 5 years!
Noting that cheap ass, fast food dining via a franchise has better odds!

"Now the Indian community has their own upper-class restaurant," said Yun.
Owner Vinay "Vinni" Ankum, who also owns the vegetarian restaurant Sapthagiri on Newark Avenue, spoke about creating a new tradition at the venerable address. http://jclist.com/modules/newbb/viewt ... 67616&keywords=new+indian

This is the new Indian restaurant that took over the old Casa Dante space. I had dinner there the other night and I have to say it's the best Indian meal I've had in Jersey City (I have eaten at almost every place in little india). Definitely more northern Indian style but the food really is at another level. Very pleasantly surprised by this place. Hopefully it's consistent through future visits.
