ARCH Construction ( I think that was the name) did 565 Jersey. I don't have a number, but I toured the place with a friend who was looking to purchase one of the units a few years ago. I think the builder lives in town. I do believe it was 2 brothers who are also Architects.

I live in JC and I would like to know how to find a contractor that built a certain property. I am interested to know who build 230-232 Odgen ave, Jersey City or who was the one in charge for 565 Jersey Ave. I know I like for instance Donahoe Borthers, they make impeccable and neat work. Is there any database I could see contractors and what they made in the past? Brunelleschi Construction another good one.

Another question, where do you usually look for properties? Zillow, Weichert, Remax? Is there any other specific place for JC? Sometimes I drive through many JC streets and I find lots of properties that are not in these lists.

I would appreciate your help and comments.
